This Government Department is seeking an experienced Work-Force Planner/HR Officer to help co-ordinate the day-to-day operations and project support for the HR Team.

**You will be responsible for**
- Providing operational HR functions and policy advice, and strategic workforce planning and implementation
- Assist in Work-Force planning activities across the Department
- Contribute to the development of HR guidance and resources that support HR plans
- Assist in the development of complex HR systems, processes, and communication

**You will have**
- Previous experience as a Work-Force Planner/HR Officer
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and proactive approach to work
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Victoria Government is highly desirable
