At Harbison, we support older adults and carers through life’s changes—preserving dignity, autonomy, and connection along the way. We provide respectful, person-centred psychological and counselling support to people navigating ageing, loss, transition, and caregiving.

We’re seeking a Client Relationship Officer to play a key role in our growing community-facing health services. This is more than a front-desk role—it’s about making people feel welcome, safe, and supported from the moment they get in touch.

You’ll need to be highly organised and professional, with genuine warmth, empathy, and excellent communication skills. As part of a small, purpose-driven team, you’ll help shape our client experience and ensure our services are delivered with care and efficiency.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Greet clients with kindness and professionalism, helping them feel at ease
- Manage enquiries, referrals, appointments, and follow-up
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records
- Support our clinicians with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Contribute to a welcoming, inclusive environment for clients and carers
- Help establish and grow new services with a focus on quality and responsiveness

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially with older adults and carers
- Experience in health, aged care, community services, or medical reception
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence using practice management systems (e.g., PracSuite) and processing payments (e.g., Tyro/Medipass)
- Understanding of Medicare and DVA processes (e.g., Better Access, CDM, etc)
- Warmth, discretion, cultural sensitivity, and a collaborative mindset
