Our main objective is to provide and manage secure, sustainable housing for people on low to moderate incomes who would otherwise struggle to find accommodation and for disadvantaged people who need support in order to maintain independent living. Housing services include tenancy management and maintenance.

We have a portfolio of over 2,700 properties and offices in Campbelltown, Bowral, Young, Yass, Goulburn, Griffith, Wagga Wagga, Queanbeyan and Canberra.
**Description**:
The Project Officer is pivotal in the ongoing assessment, development, and implementation of projects and systems that ensure Argyle Housing meets its strategic objectives. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer; the Project Officer will be responsible for managing, researching, and reporting on a wide range of projects across Argyle Housing. The key result areas for this role include project support; communication; administrative functions and compliance.
All roles within Argyle Housing are to be performed under the principle of “One Argyle” and with a commitment to client service delivery foster the approach of ‘no wrong door’.
**Skills and Experiences**:
Relevant industry experience
- Demonstrated experience in developing, managing, and delivering projects
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office
- Practical ability to analyse written and numerical data
- Sound written and verbal communication skills, particularly in the area of report and letter writing
- Possesses excellent problem solving, trouble shooting and effective communication skills
- Well-developed organisation and time management skills including the ability to manage conflicting deadlines without effecting the quality of a project
- Current driver’s licence
