**Description**:
About you

Based in any one of our office locations located within regional NSW, Argyle Housing is seeking two Maintenance Support Officers to join our tight knit team.

The Role

In this role you will support and help coordinate the delivery of Argyle Housing’s asset repairs, maintenance and upgrade services by providing operational & administrative support to the organisation, and a high-quality frontline customer service to our clients and broader stakeholders.

**Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:
Liaise directly with our clients to receive, record and communicate with them on their property and maintenance requests & issues

Work with Maintenance Officers and contractors to task and coordinate the completion of works and ensure the service is delivered safely, effectively and efficiently

Triage and action issues and works and raise, monitor, update and close out call logs, work orders, invoices and any other relevant information

**Skills and Experiences**:
**To ensure success in this role, you will demonstrate**:
High level of customer service and relationship building skills

Experience in a similar role

Sound written and verbal communication skills (particularly in the area of technical and procedural documentation

High attention to detail

Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise workload

Excellent problem solving ability

Understanding of the industry
