We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team. The primary purpose of this role is to support the marketing team in achieving the Residential Care objectives and ensuring compliance with the new Aged Care Act 2024. This includes planning and organizing events, creating and publishing content, and providing support as required.

As a Marketing Specialist at Anglicare, you will be responsible for producing specific outcomes that align with the purpose of your role. This is a full-time maximum term role for 12 months.

Your key accountabilities include:
- Contributing to the development of communications, content, and events that meet the requirements under the Aged Care Act 2024.- Managing tasks related to communicating and organizing events, ensuring that deadlines and milestones are met.- Coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers to create assets, such as internal communications and printed collateral.- Collaborating with the Digital Marketing Specialist and Digitech team to update the website with Aged Care Act content, ensuring it is on brand and delivered on time.- Working collaboratively with the marketing and communications team, as well as the wider business unit, to ensure the delivery of aged care compliance.- Supporting the marketing and communications team as needed to meet business unit objectives and deliverables.

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills.- High-level skills in planning, logistics, and administration.- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and analytically.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.- Evidence of excellent verbal and written communication skills.- At least 3 years of experience in marketing and events.
