Due to business expansion, we are currently seeking an experienced **Marketing Specialist** to join our System Business Group in New South Wales, reporting to Head of Marketing - SYS BG.

Key aspects of the role are including but not limited to:

- Convert and translate key product features into marketable solutions and provide targeted marketing and communication strategies to deliver measurable ROI;
- Establish and enhance direct media relationship building at all levels to support the achievement of specific corporate and local revenue and marketing objectives;
- Plan and implement alliance partner strategy, marketing campaigns and various media sponsorship and manage PR risk, event PR, case study, testimonial & etc.;
- Design and develop brand marketing strategies to create awareness and support for the entire product range to drive business growth;
- Initiate creation of all marketing materials and set up marketing activities/events;
- Monitor content of social platforms and video sharing sites regularly and ensure they are portraying the right message;
- Administrative and other duties as directed by the management from time to time.

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following:

- At least Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years of relevant work experience
- Integrated marketing campaign experience is essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills across multiple parties, including marketing, channel partners and external organisations
- Strong PC and analytical skills
- Can work autonomously and be a great team player at the same time
- Well-organised and able to meet strict deadlines
