With our ongoing expansion and growth initiatives, we are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team.

As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth to ensure that our marketing efforts align with our business objectives and resonate with our target audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify market opportunities and provide guidance on the creation, coordination, and execution of strategies for pricing and promoting our products.
- Lead the development and implementation comprehensive marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, and other channels.
- Support business growth objectives, develop and execute marketing programs and policies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
- Plan and execute events, trade shows, and other promotional activities to increase brand visibility.
- Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Work with external agencies to manage advertising campaigns, SEO/SEM strategies, and other outsourced marketing activities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices to ensure the company’s marketing efforts are innovative and effective.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the grocery, retail, or distribution industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: $74,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
