**About the Company**
An excellent opportunity for a seasoned Procurement and Supply Chain Coordinator to join one of Australia’s leading manufacturing organisations, located in Sydney’s inner west. The business is supported by a large network of hundreds of locations nationwide.

**About the role**
Reporting to the National Commercial Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient supply of product labels and packaging containers for storage of raw materials coming from production.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Manage procurement process for the supply of product labels and packaging containers, by way of monitoring orders processed and production activity
- Liaise with suppliers/printers to ensure on time delivery of up to date product labels
- Track and analyse the delivery of containers and the return process for containers
- Raise purchase orders for labels and packaging containers
- Build strong relationships with suppliers to ensure orders are delivered on time
- Communicate with Operations and Production teams regarding timely delivery of labels and containers
- Assist with improvement initiatives and ad hoc projects as required
- Assist with stocktake reconciliations where required
- Arrange shipping and support imports

**About you**
To be a true success in this role you will have the following
- Experience working within supply chain in a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication
- Excellent time management skills
- Advanced MS Excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining a high degree of accuracy
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and principles
