Oceanic Supply is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Office Administrator** to support the smooth coordination of procurement, logistics, and office operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative capabilities and an interest in supply chain processes within a dynamic business environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain accurate and accessible records of all incoming and outgoing supply chain transactions and documentation.
- Administer quotations, purchase orders, delivery dockets, and shipment tracking details with precision and attention to timelines.
- Coordinate the receipt and dispatch of goods by:

- Packing orders in accordance with customer POs, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Issuing shipping labels, delivery notes, and conducting weight and dimension checks for freight booking.
- Monitor supplier delivery dates and follow up to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Organise and manage stock levels, ensuring inventory is up-to-date and well-documented.
- Provide administrative support to procurement and logistics teams, facilitating efficient workflow and communication.
- Liaise with suppliers, freight companies, and internal stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships.
- Ensure all administrative processes comply with Oceanic Supply’s Quality Management System (QMS).

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or supply chain support role.
- Previous exposure to logistics, procurement, or warehouse coordination is advantageous.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MAC OS and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and Word).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
- High school certificate or equivalent required; tertiary qualifications in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temp to perm, Graduate

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 - 37.5 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
