Procurement Analyst

Excellent opportunity for a Procurement Analyst who will provide proactive analytical and commercial expertise to inform procurement category strategy, management and decision-making. The Procurement Analyst will conceptualise the analytics required to provide meaningful insights into the supply base, understand the supply market, and assist in identifying and delivering commercial benefit opportunities.
What you’ll do
Works closely with the Procurement Manager and Procurement Specialists to perform analytics in relation to the procurement of goods and services
Assists with the collection, analysis, benchmarking and reporting of category and spend data
Assists in developing issuing and evaluating RFI’s, RFP’s, and other tender related activity
Perform value analysis and total cost of ownership analytical activities
Participate in cross-functional teams that will assess the opportunities
What you’ll bring
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business, Procurement or Supply Chain required, or equivalent
Must have previous experience in finance or procurement, competitive price analysis, and purchasing
Advanced excel, Power BI and numeracy skills are essential
Experience in a transformation/change management environment would be well regarded
