Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee all aspects of our supply chain operations across the APAC region (excluding India and China). This role will directly support the Mobility, Refinish, and Industrial business units, driving end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution, including planning, logistics, warehousing, and distribution. The Manager will ensure operational excellence, cost efficiency, and compliance while aligning with global standards and business unit requirements. This role reports to the VP, Global Strategic Supply Chain.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Supply Chain Leadership
- Develop and execute the supply chain strategy for APAC (Ex-India, Ex-China) to support the growth and operational goals of the Mobility, Refinish, and Industrial business units.
- Provide leadership across planning, logistics, and warehousing, ensuring full integration of supply chain activities with commercial and manufacturing operations.
- Champion continuous improvement, automation, and digitalization initiatives to strengthen regional supply chain capabilities.
Planning & Forecasting
- Lead demand and supply planning processes to ensure product availability while optimizing working capital.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance within each business unit to improve forecast accuracy and align production and distribution with customer demand.
- Monitor KPIs and drive corrective actions to enhance forecast reliability and execution.
Logistics & Transportation
- Oversee regional logistics operations (domestic and cross-border), ensuring service excellence, regulatory compliance, and cost efficiency.
- Manage logistics service providers (3PL/4PL) to meet diverse business unit needs.
- Optimize transportation network design for speed, reliability, and sustainability across the APAC region.
Warehousing & Distribution
- Manage warehouse strategy and operations to ensure scalability, efficiency, and service excellence.
- Drive process optimization, automation, and best-in-class warehouse management practices.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and timely customer delivery across the region.
Operational Excellence & Compliance
- Establish and track KPIs across all supply chain functions to ensure performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regional trade regulations, customs requirements, safety standards, and company policies.
- Lead cost-reduction initiatives without compromising service or quality.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Build, develop, and inspire a high-performing regional supply chain team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, procurement, quality, finance, and global supply chain leadership.
- Serve as the primary supply chain partner for business unit leaders in Mobility, Refinish, and Industrial segments across APAC.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive supply chain experience within the APAC region, covering planning, logistics, and warehousing.
- Proven ability to support multiple business units with diverse product and service requirements.
- Strong understanding of regional logistics networks, trade compliance, and distribution infrastructure.
- Experience managing 3PLs, optimizing networks, and improving the cost/service balance.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or equivalent) and advanced planning/analytics tools.
