An opportunity for a **People & Culture Delivery Partner** to join our Social Infrastructure and Citizen Services business unit has become available, and suitable form someone currently in a Business Partner or experienced Advisory position. This position plays a critical role in driving People & Culture initiatives and ensuring successful project delivery for the allocated initiative and stakeholder group.
**What you’ll do**
The role has a broad remit, with key responsibilities outlined below:
- Collaborate with other P&C teams to deliver on people programs either within a defined area of Social Infrastructure or geographic region.
- Provide advisory support and coaching to managers to manage employee relations and industrial relations matters.
- Develop change management strategies and plans to support the successful implementation of People & Culture projects.
- Undertake People & Culture project work in support of business strategies and plans.
- Support the execution of cyclical events such as performance, remuneration and talent cycles.
- Lead and manage People & Culture projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget and quality standards.
**What you’ll bring**
- Tertiary Qualification in HR, Business Management, or a related discipline (desirable)
- Extensive experience in Performance Management and Investigation (end to end process).
- Previous experience in HR advisory capacity working with matters such as coaching, development and mentoring.
- Knowledge of Fair Work Act, relevant awards, enterprise agreements and other employment legislation.
- Ability to manage grievance handling and resolution.
