The opportunity:
To ensure clients receive an exceptional service whilst administering accounts efficiently and in line with business and compliance guidelines and introducing appropriate specialists to support the delivery of activity to meet client’s needs. Provide a service to clients which maximises client retention and conversion opportunities and provide support for improvement activities within the team.

- Act as the point of contact for clients and provide timely and accurate support and guidance to internal and external stakeholders in meeting the needs of these clients- Ensure accounts are administered efficiently effectively and in line with legislative and compliance guidelines- Ensure compliance is achieved on a profitable and commercial basis- Actively contribute to the attainment of high levels of internal and external client satisfaction- Support the team to ensure service deliverables are met- Drive referral and new revenue opportunities from the client book e.g. insurance, investment and estate planning- Actively participate in process improvement and development of tools and resources for the benefit of the business and client

To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills and experience could include:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Trustee, Financial Services or Legal environment- Experience working in a client centric business environment- Understanding of risk and compliance obligations in a Financial Services environment- Sound problem solving and decision-making skills- Strong client and stakeholder (internal & external) management skills- Sound communication skills (written and verbal)- Influencing, negotiating and decision-making skills- Ability to deliver on time whilst working with complex information- Good attention to detail with an ability to manage multiple priorities- Personal resilience with the ability to work in a fast-paced business environment- Tertiary qualified
