We are looking for a Trust Account Manager immediately for a large real estate agency in the northern suburbs of Brisbane. You must have extensive Trust Accounting experience

**The Role**
- Daily receipting and banking of rents
- HR duties
- General Office Management
- Accurate processing and receipting of tenant EFT, direct debit and cash payments, of which there are few
- Monthly reconciliation of trust account
- Processing of owner & creditor payments
- Entering invoices for both owners and tenants
- Receipting, disbursing and management of rental bonds
- Liaising with the property management team, creditors and service providers to ensure effective client services
- Accurate record keeping, and effective trust account compliance
- Following company procedures to ensure compliance with accounting and other legislative requirements
