**About the role**:
Due to internal promotion Healthscope are looking for a passionate Recruitment/HR Administrator who is looking for the next step in their career to join our vibrant TA Team on a full time basis.

This role is suitable for someone with experience in an administration, customer service or a support role within a corporate or recruitment environment, this role would ideally suit a driven and self-motivated team player who is looking for an opportunity to build on their current experience and enjoys working in a supportive team environment.

**Key Responsibilities include**
- Manage shared mailboxes
- Perform job ad postings/re-postings
- Issuing contracts and working through the onboarding compliance requirements
- Responding to general enquiries for our Hospital staff who are actively recruiting
- Provide general administration support to the team utilising strong time management and attention to detail capabilities
