**Your Organisation**
This prestigious organisation seeks a Recruitment Coordinator / Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis
Working with an experienced HR Co-Ordinator and Talent Acquisition Manager who is taking the recruitment division to a new level, this is a great opportunity to assist to reshape processes and procedures within this new team.
With a large portfolio of stakeholders and departments it supports this will be an extremely busy role.
The Recruitment / HR team is extremely collaborative and down to earth with serving their clients and providing excellent customer service at the forefront of everything they do.
**Your Role**
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Screening applicants
- Short-listing
- Writing advertisements
- Conducting reference checks
- Liaising with line managers and taking job briefs
- Coordinating onboarding
- Raising contracts
- Liaising with HR Team as required
- Assisting with process improvement projects
- General administrative support
**Your Profile**
You will have experience working as a Recruitment Coordinator / Advisor previously. You will build relationships easily and work well with multiple priorities at any one time. You will have a down to earth personality as well as the confidence to openly communicate any changes with processes and procedures as they arise.
You will have worked with a large CRM previously and pride yourself on your ability to work autonomously. Your proactive nature will seek out process improvement and you will have excellent communication skills with a mature mind set.
This is a temporary role with a June start for a period of 4 months.
