The role

If you are a seasoned Recruitment Professional with the experience of managing a specialised recruitment desk (preferably HR ) and looking for a fresh challenge, here's an opportunity for you to build your own patch ground up .

As a
Principal Recruitment Consultant
, you would have the opportunity to build a high value Senior HR desk.

• We seek a driving force who will enjoy taking this line of business out to a wider market, the focus will be on promoting innovative flexible HR recruitment solutions to HR leaders across industries
• Strategy, planning and execution of the plan to build a high value HR Recruitment desk focussed explicitly on senior appointments
• The role reports to the Director of the business and will play a key role in building out this capability.
• Be a trusted partner and advisor to our clients as a subject matter expert.
• Be ambitious, driven and results oriented and use these competencies to achieve your goals.
• Be organized and create a good balance between client management, recruitment and administrative work with a focus on achieving your work objectives.

Your Experience

As a Principal Recruitment Consultant, you will bring with you

• At least 6 years of experience in the recruitment industry as a specialized Principal Consultant, Managing Consultant, Sector Recruitment Manager, or Branch Manager, with experience in specialized HR recruitment. We are also happy to speak with Recruitment Consultants from other specializations such as Finance, Logistics, Procurement, Legal, or Business Support.
• Experience in building or managing a desk that has focused on high value temp / contracting within a specialism.
