We are continuously growing and currently have 4 supported accommodations across outer Melbourne suburbs (Wyndham Vale/Melton South) and are looking for a team leader to manage the operations across all houses.

Currently looking for a HR and Payroll Administrator to start with us on a part-time basis to assist with our recruitment, onboarding and support the Payroll Team with fortnightly reconciliations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- First line of HR support to the business, triaging day to day queries
- Assisting with the recruitment and selection process
- Conducting pre-screening, reference checks, preparation of employment contracts
- Processing new starters, terminations and payroll adjustments
- PAYG, Workcover and Superannuation payments
- Maintain accurate files and compliance records
- Working as part of the HR Operations team

**What are we looking for?**
- Passion to work in the community services sector and support our clients with disability
- Qualification in Human Resources or similar (essential)
- Looking to kick-start their career in the HR space
- Previous experience in an HR or Payroll administration role is desirable but not essential
