**As the Administration Coordinator - Recruitment and Onboarding,** you will be responsible for coordinating the successful recruitment and onboarding of their labor force. You will play a critical role in ensuring compliance, documenting and filing HR administrative documents, and maintaining employee records. Additionally, you will optimize the company's HR management software and support the operations team during online inductions, data entry, and reporting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Organise and manage the recruitment processes, including maintaining and monitoring Seek Ads and website registrations, pre-screens, onboarding processes, and correspondence.
- Maintaining data accuracy, upload and update all collected data into HR management software and file in cloud storage.
- Prepare and send employment contracts and complete internal reporting
- Provide administration support and training to the Operations Team for data sharing, online and site inductions.
- Administer RIW onboarding and Induction Support.
- Support the Operations Team with site inductions (EIFY, DAMSTRA, 3D Safety, etc.).

**Skills and Experience**:

- Experience working in a construction or labor hire environment or similar.
- Understanding of the employee life cycle for the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Community.
- Knowledge of recruitment and workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
- Ability to work well in a team environment with strong levels of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong levels of time management and computer literacy
