**About the role**
This position has an emphasis on excelling in customer service and is responsible for providing business administrative support to the Facilities Management team, assisting the Facilities Manager and Coordinator Trades Operations with the management of administration, operational activities, supporting business excellence, effective business support, record keeping, corporate reporting and managing customer requests.
Working as part of the Trades / Facilities Management team and reporting to the Coordinator Trades Operations and Workshop Manager, you will assist the team in consistently working to meet its targets and commitments against the team work and performance plans and Council’s Operational and Strategic Plans. You will facilitate partnerships across Council and assist in the continuous improvement of systems and processes.
You will be community focused and work collaboratively with the Workshop Manager and Coordinator Trades Operations to ensure the success of the team.

**Remuneration**
$60,595.08 - $72,108.40 + Superannuation
