Administration/Accounts Receivable role,

Our Australian Fashion Company is currently seeking an office/accounts receivable person who is motivated enthusiastic and organised team player with a “can-do” attitude

This position is part time/full time and office hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday

**Responsibilities**:

- Over the counter and phone enquiries
- Providing administration support to sales team including data entry
- Social Media marketing/ PR
- Invoicing and receipting
- General office administration duties
- Accounts receivable
- Sales orders/Purchase orders
- Reception

Skills & Requirements:

- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook)
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
- Well spoken, excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Well presented with a high standard of customer service
- 1 - 2 years’ experience in office administration
- Fashion experience is preferred
- Niche

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $55,000.00 per year
