We are seeking a hands-on **Administrative Associate** to join the dynamic team at **Lime e-Bikes**, based in Sydney

This role will play a pivotal part in supporting Lime’s operations and keep Lime’s e-Bikes rolling around the city. This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking for entry level roles into office support environments.

As part of your supporting role at Lime, the Administrative Associate will be handling daily operational tasks, such as overseeing operational compliance of the team, compiling reports for key stakeholders, responding to external queries and providing customer service, as well as general office ad-hoc requests. This role will also be contributing team-based initiatives to improve the efficiency of Lime’s operations and way of working.

**Day-to-day tasks include**:

- Compile weekly reports for Lime’s partners
- Onboard any new employees
- Submit timesheets on a weekly basis keeping regular contact with our labour hire partners
- Manage invoices
- Support the Operations Coordinator in compliance of operations specialists
- Additional administrative tasks and ad-hoc requests

**About Good Cycles**: We have partnered with Lime to employ over staff across Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and the Gold Coast Good Cycles is an independent not-for-profit that empowers young people by creating a safe and inclusive workplace. We are a registered charity, and so through salary packaging your $55,000 wage could result in a take-home total that you'd need to earn over $61,000 elsewhere to achieve.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
