We are seeking a Sales, Operations & Business Administrator to join our small and friendly team.
- Key Skills_
- Microsoft Excel experience.
- Excellent organisation & scheduling skills.
- Cin7 or equivalent inventory management system experience.
- Google Drive filing system.
- Shippit experience advantageous but not essential.
- Shopify Experience advantageous but not essential.
- Experience working with a 3PL warehouse advantageous but not essential.
- Experience coordinating with freight forwarders and offshore shipping and logistics advantageous but not essential.
- Key Accountabilities_
- Pulling sales analytics reports from Cin7 inventory management software.
- Manage inventory & POs
- Raise & Track POs with offshore suppliers.
- Maintain and update B2B store (trade & wholesale). New product uploads, pricing updates, inventory updates and management.
- Office procurement.
- Inventory forecasting & safety stock forecasting.
- Invoicing & back order follow ups with B2B Customers.
- Incoming shipments, stock transfers & receivables.
- Coordinate packaging expectations & upgrades with suppliers.
- Optimise international shipping rates for our customers.
