Clover Lane Consulting has partnered with Australia’s premier Medical Imaging Practice, which provides musculoskeletal imaging services to a wide variety of local and visiting professional sporting clubs and athletes. In support of the existing team, we are seeking our next
**Medical Receptionist**, to help with ongoing day-to-day administrative duties. This is an incredible opportunity to be a part of a practice in stunning surroundings, learning from the best in the business.

**About the Role**

We currently have an exciting opportunity for you to join this busy, and stunning Medical Imaging practice. You will be among a large administrative team and supported by the Office Supervisor, as well as working closely with radiologists, radiographers, and nurses. We encourage you to explore this opportunity and the world of Medical Imaging as a pathway to your career. In this role, you would be super keen to support, act as a confident all-rounder, and be prepared to take on a variety of tasks. The role would typically suit if you had previous Medical Imaging experience, however, if you have healthcare admin experience outside the medical imaging realm, and are eager to immerse yourself in all things medical imaging learning, we encourage you to apply.

**Duties**

This role requires on-site presence, to successfully support the ongoing daily practice tasks.
- Daily Duties Include but are not limited to:_
- Embedding smooth administrative duties of the practice, in support of the Office Supervisor, ensuring that the running of all administrative duties is precisely executed
- Fabulous customer service skills, with patience, empathy, and compassion at the core
- Appointment scheduling and management, setting up new files, and diary entries and ensuring a streamlined best-practice approach
- Time management wizard and magical organisational skills
- A learning mindset, a sense of self-awareness and the confidence to communicate effectively
- Previous experience in a medical imaging background, and/or Medicare services knowledge, will be very highly regarded
