**Asset Management Specialist (Aviation)**

We are looking for an **“Asset Management Specialist-Aviation”** for a leading airport management company in Australia, with experience in providing technical expertise for conducting asset analysis and developing asset management strategies.

**Responsibilities**

- Collecting and maintaining data on airport assets, including physical and facilities assets.
- Monitor the asset's utilisation on a periodic basis and update disk sheet for engines accordingly.
- Drafting of various statements and status reports for assets as per client requirements.
- Review, monitor, and update the Software System(s) to ensure accurate data entry.
- Developing and maintaining asset management plans and systems.
- Monitoring asset performance and making recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure effective asset management.
- Preparing asset reports and presenting findings to senior management.
- Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in asset management.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in asset management, preferably in the aviation industry.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets.
- Experience with asset management software and tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for asset management.
