This is an exciting full-time opportunity for a Marketing Team Leader play an integral role in delivering targeted marketing and fundraising support. As part of your role you will be responsible for:
**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Manage a small team and coordinators to drive targeted marketing and fundraising activities, with the support of the Communications and Marketing Manager.
- Develop fundraising strategies and lead delivery of major Samaritans fundraising campaigns.
- Work with services, corporate teams and partners to ensure marketing is on brand
- Work with key stakeholders to enhance marketing initiatives
- Coordinate and contribute to the delivery of Brand, Communications & Marketing divisions strategic and operational objectives identified in yearly operational plans.
- Ability to plan, implement and evaluate brand, marketing, fundraising and event projects.
- Assist with events and general promotional activities
- Assist with the production and distribution of internal and external publications including both print and digital formats

**About you**:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Extensive project management skills and strong stakeholder relationship management
- Advanced communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal)
- Some experience leading a team would be highly advantageous
- Demonstrated capacity to operate successfully in a rapidly changing environment and manage complexity, drive change, and effectively manage continuous improvement projects.
- Ability to manage your workload, often with competing priorities
- Have a passion for all things Marketing
- A current Working with Children check (with clearance to work with children)
- National Police Check (Newcastle Anglican will consider the relevance of any reported outcomes)
