About the role

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to lead digital campaigns, content creation, and brand growth for Australia's leading corporate team building brands: Pinnacle Team Events and Beyond the Boardroom.

In this role, you will create digital content that builds engagement, ensures brand consistency, and drives measurable results. Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager and working closely with our Company Directors, you'll bring fresh ideas to life and play a key role in shaping the next chapter of our growth story.

  • Create and curate impactful written, visual, and video content that captures each brand's unique voice.
  • Manage websites, email campaigns, and marketing collateral using tools like WordPress, Mailchimp, Canva, and Adobe Suite.
  • Plan, schedule, and analyse social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube to grow engagement.
  • Use data and insights to optimise performance and shape future campaigns.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends to keep our marketing fresh, relevant, and exciting.

About you

You're a creative marketing all-rounder who loves bringing ideas to life through clever storytelling, smart strategy, and compelling content. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple projects with ease, and have a genuine passion for helping businesses connect with their audiences.

You're a match if you have

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Advertising.
  • 2–3 years' experience in digital marketing, communications, or content roles.
  • Strong skills in copywriting, design (Canva or Adobe Suite), and social media.
  • Excellent organisation, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Bonus points for exposure to SEO, Google Analytics, CRM or AI tools (e.g. Salesforce, Zapier).
