Experienced Service Desk Team Leader Required for Award Winning IT Managed Service Provider.

**Your new role**
As the Service Desk Team lead you will be responsible for managing a team of Level 1 Service Desk Analysts, resolving level 2 escalations where required. You will provide leadership and guidance to the team to ensure they deliver quality support to a wide range of clients.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Strong level 2 technical skills
- Willingness to continue professional development through certifications
- Exceptional communication and organisation skills
- Prior experience as a Senior Service Desk Analyst or Level 2 Technician
- Professional Microsoft Certifications are highly desirable
