**The Opportunity**:
The State Field Services Manager is an important leadership role that ensures our installations and services process is adding value and driving growth. You will lead a team of eleven which consists of installers, service technicians and measure representatives. Coaching and developing this team will be key to the role as well as working with internal departments to ensure the delivery of the function aligns with our other teams.

**What you will bring and develop**:
This role could suit a current Field Sales Manager or Service Manager looking to advance their career with a business that is growing and constantly innovating in the market. What is crucial is that you can demonstrate your experience investing in the development of your teams to ensure they are fulfilled and successful in their roles.

We are open to people from industry backgrounds as we are more interested in your capability.

- Leadership of sales or service teams
- Coaching and people development
- Presentation and communication skills
- The ability to leverage data and insights to identify trends and opportunities
- Strong business acumen and a strategic focus
