Administration Assistant - Hybrid - Perm Role

**Your new role**
- Essential Duties
- General office support and administration including answering phone calls, ordering of supplies and other admin tasks as required.
- Preparing company documents for signing.
- Management of motor vehicle registrations.
- Management and reconciliation of PPE ordering for all staff.
- Assist with drafting Job adverts for the varied roles with in company.
- Assist with overtime collation on a fortnightly and monthly basis.
- Updating of various HR spreadsheets fortnightly and monthly to assist with the collation of monthly HR reporting to HQ.
- Review and updating, as required, of job descriptions for all positions within the company to comply with company stylings.
- Support our Induction and onboarding program with our in-house state coordinators and/or admin, ensuring employees (new and existing) understand and comply with them.
- Other admin, HR and financial duties as and when required.
- Chasing supporting documents and information when needed or directed
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated ability in accurately and proficiently performing a wide range of administration tasks
- An understanding and the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and be responsible and accountable for own work with the capacity and willingness to work in a team environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral
- Intermediate experience and ability to work with various databases, Microsoft office programs and excel a must.
- Experience with MYOB, highly advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral
- Have clear and effective communication skills and the ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders with ease; and
- Ability to prioritise own work, and have excellent time management skills.
