**This opportunity**
The purpose of this role is to develop, plan, and deliver internal communications for TPG Telecom’s frontline employees across our contact centre network in Australia and overseas as well as Retail stores in Australia. In addition to delivering operational communications, you will connect our people with the company’s purpose, ambition, strategy, values, and Spirit.
Reporting to the Frontline Communications Manager in the Internal Communications team, this role works closely with frontline leaders and key stakeholders across the company to ensure coordinated delivery and success. Open to location.
**Responsibilities**
- Create inspiring and engaging internal communications and communication plans for initiatives, including, but not limited to, product and device launches, price changes, procedure updates, customer campaigns, system changes, people initiatives and fraud alerts.
- Lead frontline communications in cross-functional project work, such as go-to-markets, to align and coordinate launch activities.
- Identify and utilise appropriate communication formats, including leader briefing packs, news stories, internal social media posts, videos, and creative assets.
- Manage video or creative asset briefs through to completion with the Digital Content Producer.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the communications experience for our frontline teams.
- Help connect our frontline to the wider business, including TPG Telecom’s purpose, ambition, strategies, and values.

- Excellent attention to detail, ability to manage competing priorities, and to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Ability to plan, develop, and deliver employee communications in a collaborative and professional way within a large organisation.
- High level of integrity, accountability, and commitment to ethical standards, aligned to TPG Telecom’s values.
- Effective communication skills.
