About the Role

Step up and take the lead As a Landscape Foreman, you'll be the driving force behind some of Sydney's most talked-about landscaping projects. You won't just supervise - you'll inspire your team, solve problems on the fly, and deliver exceptional outdoor spaces that make a lasting impression.

This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same. From managing crews on large commercial sites to overseeing bespoke residential projects, you'll play a critical role in making sure every job is delivered to the highest standard. And with clear progression opportunities into project management, this is your chance to cement yourself as a leader in a business that's going places.

Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor landscaping teams on-site
  • Coordinate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors
  • Manage schedules, site documentation, and safety compliance
  • Ensure quality standards are achieved across all projects
  • Lead by example with a hands-on approach
Skills & Experience
  • 3+ years' experience in a landscaping leadership or foreman role
  • Strong communication and team management skills
  • White Card and Driver's Licence (additional tickets highly regarded)
  • Proactive, reliable, and professional approach to work
  • Ability to deliver across both commercial and residential projects
