WHY BAI COMMUNICATIONS

At BAI Communications, we keep Australians, from the cities to the outback, connected, and the significance of what we do is felt by everyone.

When disaster strikes, reliable communication is essential. In New South Wales, we operate and maintain one of the world’s largest critical communications networks. More than 50 emergency services agencies and utilities rely on high accessibility, even in harsh environments. The NSW Telco Authority coordinates the Public Safety Network (PSN), which we maintain across 400+ sites. We monitor an average of 570,000 calls daily.

We are proud of our people's commitment, hard work, and leadership. Our Field Service teams ensure network continuity, and our skilled Operators keep the public informed during crises, reacting quickly to operational changes. Our engineering, delivery, and operational capabilities make us a trusted partner for government and industry stakeholders.

During weather events like bushfires or cyclones, our teams travel nationwide to support this critical work. We care for our people and develop innovative solutions for emerging technologies, planning future network improvements to leverage technological advancements.
