- Our client, a dynamic and fast-growing company operating in the Health Technology sector, manufactures state of the art digital diagnostic products that are used by both medical practitioners and consumers. By integrating their high-performance diagnostic technology with smart devices and software, they are manufacturing and exporting medical devices that improve healthcare outcomes for individuals, their families and their communities. To support the continuing growth of both their product range and their organisation as a whole, they now seek the services of a suitably qualified and experienced individual in the role of Product Manager - Consumer Products._
- Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Product Manager - Consumer Products will be responsible for all aspects of consumer product marketing and brand management for the company’s digital diagnostic product range throughout the product life cycle. The Product Manager will play a key role in the development of new products and be pivotal in the development of continuous improvement processes for existing products. They will act as a representative of the customer and be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of customer needs and attitudes, as well as have expert knowledge of the competitive landscape and market trends in key markets._

**The Position**:

- Lead the development of products and strategies in collaboration with the Chief Marketing Manager and Marketing Manager;
- Monitor the financial, sales and consumer ratings of all consumer products;
- Support all aspects of product commercialisation including designing and developing packaging, labelling, product brochures and patient brochures, as well as developing and implementing launch plans;
- Work closely with the US marketing and sales team to continually build out their product knowledge, and provide them with the insights, positioning, messaging and content required to drive sales in the market;
- Conduct market and competitor research to develop an in-depth understanding of the target market and customer insights.

**The Person**:

- Formal qualifications in a marketing related discipline;
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Product Management role essential, ideally with exposure to NPD and product marketing within a consumer product environment in the medical/pharmaceutical and/or pharmacy industry;
- Proven expertise in developing launch strategies and supporting international product launches and marketing teams crucial;
- High level oral and written communication skills, with experience in Agile management highly desirable;
- Dynamic and fast paced, ability to adapt and flex to meet business requirements;
