**Super Vape Store** - Australia’s largest growing vape stores requires a Full Time Production Manager Position to run our Brisbane based warehouse in the processing of e-juice.

We expect you to have a hands on, thorough know-how in e-juice making production
procedures and the ability to manage our production facility, activities and staff.
The goal as always is to ensure an efficient and productive manufacturing process that takes into account current workplace, health and safety requirements.

**Requirements**:
You must have the following skills:

- Experience working in manufacturing.
- Knowledge of E-Juice and flavors
- Experience managing a team of at least 10 or more staff.
- Strong decision making skills and a results driven approach.
- An understanding of Workplace Health and Safety regulations.
- A positive can do attitude and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office especially Word and Excel.

Duties of the position includes:

- Manage and control production of all products to meet requirements.
- Plan, organise, implement, and manage production tasks.
- Develop and maintain production information, plans, and forecasts in consultation with the Sales, Administration and senior management.
- Monitor production output, product quality and make adjustments to improve quality and minimise wastage.
- Train production staff and monitor performance of staff.
- Preparing production records and reports.
- Report to the Management Team about production matters.
- Minimise wastage of materials and resources as they relate to production.
- Ensure that existing Safe Work Procedures are implemented and adhered to by production staff.
- Conduct staff reviews with all staff who report to you.
- Review stocks to ensure that we do not run out of items required for production.
- Staying up to date with the latest production methods
- Monitor equipment and advise senior management if significant financial outlay required
- Arrange and monitor repair, purchase and installation of production equipment as required

Safety
- You are the designated Safety Officer for Production.
- Handle accident and incident reports.
- Conduct Plant and equipment audits and risk assessments.
- Conduct employee inductions and training.
- Ensure that areas under your control are kept safe, clean and organised.

**Qualifications/ Experience**
- Relevant bachelor degree in business, management and/or manufacturing
- 5 years of relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of formal qualifications
- Vaping: 2 years (preferred)
- Product Management: 2 years (preferred)
