**This role is a 12-month contract. That said, we always endeavour to develop and retain talent within our business. A review will take place at the 9-month mark to discuss ongoing permanent opportunities.**

**The Opportunity**:
Manage the trade contractor pipeline to ensure qualification, registration, onboarding and induction is completed. This may suit someone that has worked in blue collar recruitment or some one with a safety background that enjoys following set process and procedures. Some travel will be required, and a company vehicle will be provided.
- Provide regular training and communication to ensure contractors are safe and compliant whilst working with JLG.
- Manage contractor compliance and currency within the **Hammertech system.**:

- Actively procure and identify trade contractors within the network to support the program.
- Ability to manage a demanding and changing workload & competing priorities
- Current motor vehicle licence essential
