**Your new company**
Our client has been in operation since 1994 and are a national company that provide automation manufacturing and maintenance services. They are looking for the opportunity for a Trade Assistant to join the team.

**Your new role**
This role is a 50/50 role of trade assisting and machine operating. You will be required to demonstrate operating a machine to cut and laser sheet metal and by using various equipment tools and machinery used in the manufacturing, including hand tools and cabling and sub-assembly equipment. There will be some general trade assistant duties included within this role to help assist qualified trades as required.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Mechanically minded and have excellent communication skills.
- Self manage and bring a positive attitude to work.
- Understanding of the operational features of the production equipment including fabrication of sheet metal.
- Good Understanding of ISO9001 requirements
- Any other tickets and licences are highly regarded
