We're now on the lookout for an experienced **Construction Supervisor** to join our Medium Density Construction team supervising builds based in the **Northern and Western suburbs.**

Reporting directly to the Construction Manager, this role is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the construction process of allocated dwellings and projects.

**About the role**:
Your focus will be on ensuring the smooth management of our medium density construction projects and all key internal and external stakeholders to deliver an outstanding product to the market.

Your success will be measured by your ability to exceed our expectations in the following areas:

- Build times
- Budgets
- Quality control
- OH&S

**Who we're looking for**:

- Previous experience as a Construction Supervisor is **essential**:

- Ability to demonstrate an outstanding customer service approach, along with strong people and project management skills
- Strong people management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to accurately interpret plans and specifications
- Highly motivated, resilient, and outcome-focused individual
- Strong focus on quality along with process improvement and problem-solving
