**The Company & Role**:
A Victorian based domestic builder who specializes in the design, construction, and delivery of a wide range of medium density town living projects, along with a vast array of individual new home builds throughout Melbourne’s inner city and growth corridors for the broader consumer market.

Now, due to continued growth, the business is looking for 2 new members of the team. A Construction Administrator and Pre Construction Coordinator.

**Key Responsibilities of the Construction Administrator Role**:

- Assist in the project workflow by maintaining registers
- Issuing reports
- The Construction Administrator is to be a main support for the Construction & Estimating Team as well as the Project Manager
- be the first point of contact for any assistance they require.
- Supporting a fast-paced and high-performing working environment
- Construction Administrator must be able to demonstrate initiative, self-motivation as well as significant time management and organisational skills.
- A demonstrated ability to build rapport easily with clients and staff and work autonomously is also required

**Key Responsibilities of the Pre-Construction Coordinator Role**:

- Reporting to the Project Manager and Building Manager
- Oversee project workflow life cycle to ensure a high level of timeline management is achieved
- Communication across all applicable parties is adopted
- Documentation management, quality control and accuracy is implemented and maintained.
- Managing pre-construction project workflow
- Communicate effectively and professionally with fellow team leaders, consultants, partners, and clientele to ensure a successful outcome for each project is achieved.
- Act as the main support person for the Major Works Project Manager and Building Manager and will be the first point of contact for any assistance when required.
- Demonstrate initiative, problem solving, self-motivation as well as significant time management, organizational and leadership skills.

**Role Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience as a construction or pre-construction administrator within the home building construction industry
- Proven time management and organisational skills
- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple conflicting tasks and projects
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to learn new systems and software
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
