We are looking for a passionate, approachable, and motivated submissions coordinator to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will report to the Submissions Manager and actively assist our marketing and submissions team. Your primary responsibilities will involve creating impactful presentations, preparing bid materials, proposals, and tender submissions. Additionally, you will support the team in managing new opportunities, making you an indispensable member of our vibrant and high-performing team.

- Prepare and complete Capability Statement, Expression of Interest (EOI) submissions and pre-qualification questionnaires.
- Continuously coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure that deliverable deadlines are met promptly and efficiently.
- Analyse, coordinate, write and develop tender response documentation incorporating the requirements of specifications, within timeframes
- Coordinate and maintain marketing materials such as references, profiles, capability statements and other tender documents

**What we’re looking for**
- Clear and effective communication, both verbal and written, demonstrating attention to detail and accuracy, including ensuring tender compliance. With strong proofreading skills with a meticulous eye for accuracy.
- Demonstrated expertise in bid and tender management, including coordinating document reviews managing internal stakeholders' requirements and deadlines during the tender process.
- Excellent team player with analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple competing priorities, prioritise tasks, and meet strict deadlines.
- Active contribution to the team, offering innovations and ideas to ensure the company's success and development.
- Proficiency in InDesign, MS Office Skills.
- Proven experience in bid coordination or a similar role within the construction or services industry, capable of efficiently managing multiple projects concurrently.
