Our modern Australian fine dining restaurant is seeking a talented Bar Manager to join their amazing team.
This is a great opportunity for a highly skilled head bartender that has experience and passion to develop a cocktail menu and wanting to step up their career as a Bar Manager We are looking for someone that is passionate about their cocktails, spirits, wine and is willing to learn more about beverages, especially wine.
What's expected in this role;
- Minimum 2 - 3 years experienced as a successful head bartender/bar supervisor.
- Highly organised and skilled head bartender/bar supervisor.
- Ability to do efficient stock take and manage good stock levels.
- Creative head bartender who has created an exciting and creative menu.
- Running day to day bar operations, training and developing bartenders.
