**The Opportunity**

As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be a key player in enabling Kelly+Partners’ next phase of growth. The successful applicant will become an integral part of the broader people team and will be looking to take the next step in their recruitment career.

**Position Responsibilities**
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing applicants in talent pools.
- Conducting reference checks.
- Represent the organisation as a brand ambassador at careers fairs and events, bringing energy, professionalism, and a focus on building lasting connections.
- Writing and placing job advertisements.
- Internal system compliance and administration.

**About You**
- 6-12 + months working experience within an agency or internal recruitment environment.
- Genuine interest in building a career in recruitment.
- Recently completed or working towards a University degree.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
