**The Opportunity**

Join Nestlé as an Account Executive and be part of a dynamic team working with key Grocery customers, including Coles and Nestlé Cereals/Cereal Partners Worldwide (CPW). In this role, you will support our Senior Customer Business Manager in bringing our exciting plans to life.

You will oversee the complete management of our field and activation strategies, ensuring they are executed effectively in stores.

**A day in the Life**

This role is a great opportunity for individuals with prior experience in Account or Field Management who are eager to advance their Sales career. Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Ownership and coordination of Field Sales communication
- Collaborating with the Customer Business Manager, Infant and Health Science Business Units & Customer to execute our ambitious plans.
- Managing promotions within the agreed framework, ensuring alignment with key customers.
- Partnering with Assistant Category Managers to enhance the visibility of our key promotions outside of the aisle.
- Working collaboratively within a leading sales organization.

**What will make you successful**:
We are seeking a motivated individual who thrives on exceeding expectations and achieving results in a dynamic environment. You will possess an outgoing personality, be approachable, and have a strong passion for sales.
- Strong commercial experience in the FMCG sector, with the ability to work effectively both in a team and independently.
- A minimum of two years’ experience in a commercial role, such as Category, Field Sales, or Account Management.
- A natural collaborator with a proactive mindset, capable of influencing others to drive account growth.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills to clearly articulate a vision and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes with key accounts.
- A commercial approach and digital savvy that set you apart, along with resilience to thrive in an agile environment.
- Confident in your communication style, with the ability to adapt as needed.
- Experience with Circana, Synergy, and Quantium data is highly regarded.
- A people-oriented approach, as you will frequently interact with Assistant Category Managers at Woolworths and Coles.
- Strong relationship-building skills are essential for your success.
