**What will you be doing?**

You will lead a portfolio of small to medium FMCG clients. As the first point of contact for your clients, you will provide account and relationship management, ensuring superior client service.

You will also be responsible for overseeing the delivery of Circana databases and reports, working in collaboration with the Operations team.

**Responsibilities**
- Deliver on time, high quality deliverables (databases and reports) to clients and manage client expectations when deliverables cannot be completed on time and/or accurately
- Report data integrity issues internally and work with the Operations team to resolve the matter in a timely manner
- Communicate data changes to clients and recommend solutions to rectify issues
- Provide technical support to clients on the use of Circana proprietary software, such as software installations, database set up, running retrievals, fixing and/or logging software errors etc.
- Proactively identify any growth opportunities within your client portfolio

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar client facing role (1+ year experience)
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and plan effectively
- Strong attention to detail
