The Role
As our Account Manager, you'll own the day-to-day relationships with a mix of B2B clients, delivering digital, event, and telemarketing campaigns that perform.
You'll manage timelines, budgets, and client expectations while identifying growth opportunities, preparing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to get things done, on time and on target.

A typical day might include:
- Coordinating campaign timelines, briefs, and execution across digital, telemarketing, and event channels
- Managing a diverse portfolio of B2B clients with varying needs and expectations
- Meeting with clients to share campaign updates, insights, and recommendations
- Collaborating with creative, sales, and delivery teams to ensure campaign success
- Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to add value and grow account revenue
- Preparing proposals, quotes, and contributing to team sales initiatives
- Monitoring budgets, tracking campaign ROI, and maintaining CRM accuracy
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume portfolio of B2B clients across campaign types
- Experience must be specifically in B2B client management and campaign delivery
- Deliver end-to-end campaign coordination, briefs, execution, and wrap-ups
- Maintain strong, trusted client relationships across multiple tiers
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Support proposal writing, quotes, and revenue forecasting
- Provide clear performance reporting and campaign insights
- Represent the agency at events, meetings, and networking sessions
- Keep client data and campaign tracking updated in HubSpot CRM
Skills and Experience
- Experience in account management, client service, or campaign delivery
- 1-2 years of experience in account management, client service, or campaign delivery is required
- Strong communication, presentation, and organisational skills
- Background in marketing, events, or telemarketing (advantageous)
- Confident using CRM systems (HubSpot ideal) and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Detail-oriented with strong time management and multitasking ability
- Proactive, positive, and solutions-focused mindset
