**What your day-today looks like**:

- Gather insights and requirements through various stakeholders including end users and customer channels to understand customer needs and pain points.
- Facilitate field testing of product samples with end users and onsite team.
- Ensure that products are represented correctly to ensure accuracy of content being produced by providing ongoing support to Customer and Strategy team.
- Using data driven insights (e.g., product reviews, VoC, etc), reporting on product performance and acting as the feedback loop into product teams for continuous improvement.
- Develop product information that supports the pipeline of internal and external stakeholders’ requirements.

**What you will bring**:

- Strong Product knowledge - Power tools or Power Garden equipment advantageous.
- Ability to build relationships and engage with multiple stakeholder groups.
- Experience presenting to customer groups and commercial partners via video camera.
- Trade profession will be advantageous.
- Excellent problem solving and project management skills.
- Experience in trade profession will be advantageous.
