**Job Description**:
As a Marketing Strategist/Specialist at IPL RETAIL GROUP, you will play a pivotal role in driving our brand awareness and customer engagement efforts. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that resonate with our target audience and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to promote our products/services.
- Craft and execute innovative marketing strategies that align with our organizational objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to drive informed strategic decisions.
- Plan, execute, and assess multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Create compelling content for various marketing materials, such as website copy, blog posts, and promotional materials.
- Develop compelling content and visuals to captivate our target audience.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to continually optimize strategies and tactics.
- Uphold and enhance our brand identity and reputation.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all marketing channels.
- Customize content to resonate with the preferences of our target audience.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in a marketing role, with a strong track record of successfully executing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content for diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed marketing decisions.
