**About the Role**

We are looking for a skilled Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time role responsible for conducting market research, developing and implementing go-to-market strategies, collaborating with sales team, and effectively communicating product value propositions.
- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field is preferred.
- Minimum 5 - 6 years of marketing experience with similar responsibilities
- Intermediate to advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Highly knowledgeable across digital marketing channels, including website, social media, etc
- Passion for creativity and innovation
- Strong research and content generation skills

**Responsibilities include**:

- Planning, developing, organizing and implementing marketing programs and advertising policies and campaigns to support sales objectives and business growth.
- Conduct market research to identify potential demand, new business opportunities, and reach new target market and collect data to assist in planning marketing campaigns
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify market opportunities, ongoing challenges, consumer patterns and trends.
- Offering guidance on all marketing aspects, including product combinations, pricing models, promotional tactics, sales channels, and distribution networks
- Developing, planning, and posting marketing content across social media and websites
- Performance reporting and ongoing evaluation of all marketing campaigns.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to foster strategic partnerships and collaborations.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
