Founded in 1993 and nestled in Mount Benson, we have become pioneers for South Australian biodynamic winemakers. We've created an entirely off-the-grid winery and cellar door and rely on the sun and the wind for the majority of our power. Winemaking & farming is in our blood, we are passionate about existing with minimal trace and effect on the land we call home. We're serious about our product and our purpose but, we certainly do have a good time in the process.

About The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Marketing Specialist to expand into new markets for our business. This is your opportunity to become a vital member of the team in a collaborative and supportive environment. It is a full-time role. To be considered for this role, you will need to hold a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years' proven experience working in a marketing specialist capacity.

Responsibilities

  • Develop core marketing objectives to drive brand growth in the wine market, ensuring that marketing strategies are highly aligned with the company's positioning.
  • Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior to identify new marketing opportunities.
  • Provide professional advice on all marketing elements, covering product portfolio, pricing strategies, advertising placement, promotional activities, sales models, and distribution channels.
  • Analyze real-time policy changes in the wine market and formulate innovative marketing strategies that align with sustainable development trends.
  • Develop creative marketing content, including posters, brochures, website content, and event collateral, ensuring consistency across all regions and platforms.
  • Carry out marketing campaigns to support the brand strategy and business objectives.
  • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities, generating regular reports with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
