Join a global FMCG player as their freight coordinator in their team in Western Sydney, gaining an ongoing casual role with opportunity for extension, progression opportunities, and permanency.

**Your new role**

In your new role as freight coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:

- Work with third-party carriers to coordinate freight, handling invoicing, reconciliation and raising claims as required.
- Ensuring DC and carrier freight logs align to verify accurate freight charges, investigating and finding resolutions where discrepancies are found.
- Communicate key information from key parties to all stakeholders both internal and external, ensuring information is held in strictest confidence.
- Effectively collaborating and supporting the wider team and team leaders.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience in a similar role, with exposure to freight forwarding, supply chain operations, international logistics, invoicing, with understanding of Incoterms highly regarded.
- Strong systems skills, with solid understanding of the MS Office package and SAP exposure desirable.
- High-level communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong team player.
